ZDX SERIES AUTOMATED GEAR METROLOGY SOLUTION
ZDX series automated gear metrology solution accomplishes automatic, comprehensive and efficient gear inspection with an optical gear inspector, a ZS30B intelligent double-fiank gear roll tester and a ZD50 gear measuring center. The optical gear inspector and ZS30B inspect all gears, while ZD50 offers sampling inspection. Inspected gears are intelligently sorted into different groups according to their inspection results. Two FANUC M-20iA six-axis robots and conveyers manage full-automatic gear feeding, loading, unloading and sorting. ZDX series automated gear metrology solution offers high inspection intelligence and efficiency with low dependence on personnel. Meanwhile, the solution is flexible according to customer requirements.
