ZS20-L2 INTELLIGENT VERTICAL DOUBLE-MASTER-GEAR DOUBLE-FLANK GEAR ROLL TESTER

ZS20-L2 intelligent vertical double-master-gear double-flank gear roll tester is a double-flank instrument for gear clusters. It can measure two gears on a gear cluster with only one clamp. It is developed by Harbin Zhida according to user requirements on the basis of our ZS series products. It adopts the computerized numerical control (CNC) technology and is capable of automatic acquisitions and intelligent processing of measuring data. lt automatically measures the total radial composite deviation Fi", tooth-to-tooth radial composite deviation fi“ and runout Fr”. In center distance deviation mode, it can measure upper and lower deviations of the center distance variation (Eas, Eai), two-ball measurement (M) and base tangent length (W), which affect gear backlash. Additionally, it can quickly obtain the location and magnitude of burrs, enabling online deburring processes.
