ZSW12 INTELLIGENT DOUBLE-FLANK WORM WHEEL & WORM ROLL TESTER

ZSW12 intelligent double-flank worm wheel and worm roll tester adopts the computerized numerical control (CNC) technology and is capable of automatic acquisitions and intelligent processing of measuring data. It automatically measures the average center distance, maximum center distance and minimum center distance, as well as the tooth-to-tooth radial composite deviation fi", total radial composite deviation Fi" , eccentricity value and dents. Additionally, it can quickly obtain the location and magnitude of burrs, enabling online deburring processes.
