ZDW15 INTELLIGENT SINGLE-FLANK WORM WHEEL & WORM ROLL TESTER

ZDW15 intelligent single-flank worm wheel and worm roll tester is a single-flank instrument for worm wheels. It is developed by Harbin Zhida according to user requirements based on previous products. lt adopts the computerized numerical control (CNC) technology and is capable of automatic acquisitions and intelligent processing of measuring data. lt automatically measures the total tangent composite deviation Fi' and tooth-to-tooth tangent composite deviation fi' of a worm wheel as well as the backlash jt and contact pattern of a worm gear pair.
