ZSZ10 INTELLIGENT DOUBLE-FLANK BEVEL GEAR ROLL TESTER

ZSZ10 intelligent double-flank bevel gear roll tester is a double-flank instrument for bevel gears with 90° shaft angle. It is developed by Harbin Zhida on the basis of ZSW intelligent double-flank worm wheel and worm roll tester. It adopts the computerized numerical control (CNC) technology and is capable of automatic acquisitions and intelligent processing of measuring data. It automatically measures the total axial composite deviation Fa" and tooth-to-tooth axial deviation fa". Furthermore, it can quickly obtain the location and magnitude of burrs, enabling online deburring processes.
