ZSW15 INTELLIGENT DOUBLE-FLANK WORM WHEEL & WORM ROLL TESTER

ZSW15 intelligent double-flank worm wheel and worm roll tester is a double-flank instrument for worm wheels. lt is developed by Harbin Zhida according to user requirements on the basis of our JSW15 series products. It adopts the computerized numerical control (CNC) technology and is capable of automatic acquisitions and intelligent processing of measuring data. lt automatically measures the total radial composite deviation Fi" , tooth-to-tooth radial composite deviation fi" runout Fr" and upper and lower deviations of the center distance variation (Eas, Eai) of a worm wheel. Additionally, it can quickly obtain the location and magnitude of burrs, enabling online deburring processes.
